Job Summary
As VP of Product for CLEAR1, lead a high-impact product organization to shape a dominant market strategy, translate business goals into enterprise-focused product initiatives, and drive sustained growth. Own the product trajectory across leadership, mentor a lean product-management team to maintain a fast, small-team bias for action, and scale product capabilities to support global expansion. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, partners, and government stakeholders; act as a senior, external-facing product leader in deals and roadmap decisions. Translate customer and regulatory needs into scalable product decisions, ensure operational excellence with engineering, elevate product standards, and balance aggressive expansion with engineering health and long-term sustainability. Measure success through portfolio adoption, retention, revenue growth, platform reliability, and customer value. The role requires 12+ years in senior B2B/SaaS product leadership, executive-level communication, and a proven ability to drive product-market fit in complex, enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years leading complex B2B or SaaS portfolios
- Executive presence with customers; ability to influence deals and requirements
- Vertical integration strategy experience in identity or related domains
- Economic thinking: impact of product decisions on margin, CAC, and customer lifetime value
- Leading through ambiguity; capable in startup environments and public-company contexts
