Job Summary
VP, Procurement Operations Team Lead overseeing end-to-end procurement operations in a banking/regulatory environment. Lead KYV governance (AML, COI, adverse news, litigation, financial assessments), supplier lifecycle management, and PO issuance with strong governance, compliance, and audit trails. Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization; supervise a high-performing team; coordinate with senior stakeholders across Business Units, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement; support digital transformation and system enhancements (e.g., Infinus, SAP, Ariba, Oracle).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or shared services environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity, with demonstrated experience managing teams and overseeing operational delivery.
- Hands-on experience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Infinus, SAP, Ariba, Oracle), including supplier master data and PO lifecycle management.
- Experience in supplier due diligence (KYV), supplier onboarding, and procurement governance frameworks.
- Prior exposure to banking, financial services.
