Job Summary
Senior VP responsible for pricing, trade, and value communications within a pre-commercial biotech environment. Develop and execute an integrated market access strategy for launch readiness, including pricing and contracting across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid; design payer negotiation frameworks and governance; build and manage government pricing calculations and readiness for IRA; establish trade and distribution models and 3PL oversight; create evidence-based value narratives, AMCP dossiers, and payer tools; lead cross-functional teams to align with enterprise financial objectives and support rapid product access for patients, providers, and payers. Located in the Northeastern U.S.; remote-based with travel as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Market Access, including pricing, contracting, trade, payor strategy, or related functions within a biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience leading teams in design and execution of outcomes-based or value-based contracting arrangements
- Demonstrated success launching new products in the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of U.S. payer market landscape, pricing frameworks, and trade operations
- Proven ability to negotiate complex payer contracts and secure favorable access for patients and reimbursement

- Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and executive presence
- Familiarity with IRA implementation and government pricing compliance
- Experience building pricing governance processes and financial models
- Ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer value narratives
