Job Summary
Lead global Pricing Strategy for Accor Tech & Digital, transforming the Pricing Strategy function to augment value-creation and align pricing with business strategy. Build and guide a central Pricing management team, influence key decision-makers across Ecommerce, Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Sales, and drive a two-pronged pricing roadmap focused on both B2C offers and B2B distribution. Utilize advanced analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities, design value-driven pricing and test-and-learn approaches, and ensure consistency of pricing across segments. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership to articulate and promote the value of pricing, with a focus on strategic roadmap delivery, governance, and scalable practices. Requires deep experience in pricing leadership within large, global organizations, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Pricing and/or Revenue Management leadership
- Experience leading RM/Pricing change in decentralized organizations
- Proven track record of implementing pricing initiatives with measurable results
- Experience managing senior pricing roles in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of analytics, AI, and pricing innovations
- Fluent in English and French
