Job Summary
VP, Performance Management & Learning Development responsible for owning IIX’s end-to-end performance management framework and building a learning ecosystem that supports workforce performance. Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management processes (goal-setting methods like OKRs, review cycles, calibration, feedback), manage annual and mid-year reviews, develop competency frameworks and role-level expectations, and ensure outcomes link to compensation, promotions, and succession. Develop IIX’s L&D strategy, conduct training needs analyses, build an annual learning calendar, and design blended learning journeys. Create instructional materials using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, ensure accessibility across a geographically distributed team, and iterate based on feedback. Deliver and facilitate key programs (manager capability, calibration, onboarding, leadership development, PREM values), coach internal SMEs, manage external vendors, and leverage hybrid delivery. Establish evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to measure impact, track performance and L&D metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations. Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to embed PM and L&D into talent management processes, manage the LMS, and foster a high-performance, learning-oriented culture. Hybrid work arrangement with a base in Manila; opportunities to influence two high-impact functions from a strategic, global perspective.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (CPLP, ATD, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
