Job Summary
As VP People Strategy, act as the Chief People Officer's strategic deputy and chief integrator across QIMA's HR function, operating as a senior 'Super PMO' to ensure the CPO's agenda is executed with rigor, speed, and coherence across Centers of Excellence, Shared Services and business stakeholders; lead HR operating model updates, global job architecture, and HR transformations; drive AI enablement of HR processes (onboarding, performance, learning, payroll admin); coordinate HR integrations with M&A teams and local HRBPs; prepare executive communications and board materials; partner with central Support Functions; requires 10–15 years of progressive HR experience in international environments, strong project management, data literacy, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR disciplines (minimum: generalist + at least one specialist domain)
- Experience in international, multi-country environments; comfortable across Asia, Europe, and the Americas
- Track record in HR transformation, operating model design, or large-scale organizational change programs
- Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, HR PMO, or senior HRBP role supporting a CHRO/CPO is a strong plus
