VP People and Culture

Conduct strategic leadership for People and Culture initiatives supporting the Night Ministry's mission of providing human connection, housing support, and healthcare to unhoused and impoverished community members. Develop and execute cultural strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering an inclusive environment for staff dedicated to these critical services.
