VP Patient Care Services

Develop goals and objectives for Clinical Services Departments and organize departmental functioning through approved structures. Approve policies and procedures for clinical operations while interacting with the President and Executive Team to formulate budgets, long-range plans, and organizational strategies. Implement operational controls to ensure effective utilization of physical, financial, and human resources. Provide information for annual operating and capital budget preparations and monitor compliance through periodic reviews.
