Job Summary
As VP of Partnerships for Western Europe, lead regional strategy across France and Benelux, drive growth with public transport authorities and private partners, and shape mobility ecosystems that are inclusive, sustainable, and tech-enabled. Responsible for developing and executing regional plans, leading commercial teams, serving as an executive advisor to authorities and operators, collaborating with Product/Finance/Expansion/Marketing to tailor offerings, representing Via in industry forums, and analyzing market, product, and pricing trends to stay ahead.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales or consulting with public sector relationships
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch desirable but not required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue in complex, regulated markets
- Strong strategic, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
- Willingness to travel 25-50%
- Senior leadership capability and ability to shape regional strategy
