Job Summary
VP, Partnerships to unify Foodsmart's three member-referral channels—institutional healthcare partnerships, food and retail ecosystem relationships, and community-based outreach—under a single strategic architecture. Own the multi-year referral growth roadmap, identify high-leverage channels, and allocate resources; personally lead partnerships with FQHCs, CHCs, pharma, hospital systems, FindHelp, UniteUs, and other SDOH platforms; mentor and scale a high-performing team; oversee food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy with national retailers; manage community engagement and enrollment efforts in high-density markets; develop and manage distribution and channel partnerships; establish operating norms, a robust pipeline framework, and a metrics-driven governance model; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with clinical quality standards, network requirements, and member experience expectations. You are a Partnership Architect who can design repeatable structures, speak to health equity and SDOH, navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, and drive measurable referral, enrollment, or revenue outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership
- 5+ years of management experience
- Deep familiarity with SDOH ecosystem: FQHCs, CHCs, food banks, community health workers
- Experience navigating institutional healthcare and non-traditional partners
- Demonstrated track record of building partnership ecosystems with measurable outcomes
- Operational capability: pipeline management systems and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or MPH strongly preferred
