Job Summary
Lead plant operations to improve safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction while managing P&L responsibility for assigned locations through capital and operational budget preparation. Provide direction to department managers on continual improvement efforts and review manufacturing activities to identify and remove problems affecting schedules, costs, materials, or productivity levels. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies, report plant performance to Corporate Staff, and maintain open communication with employees to drive safety and quality. Make recommendations on hiring, promotions, and training, and motivate staff to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years diversified Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional team building and leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Quality and continuous improvement orientation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to teach and mentor staff at all levels
- Analytical ability and reporting skills

Desired Qualifications
- Education may be substituted with advanced years of progressive Managerial and/or Executive experience working in a variable printing environment
