Job Summary
Strategic, high-impact VP Operations responsible for the private duty home care division's overall leadership, growth, and financial performance. Accountable for setting and executing a multi-state Midwest strategy, strengthening referral-source relationships (hospitals, SNFs, senior living), ensuring compliant, high-quality care delivery, and driving operational excellence through policies, processes, and technology. Leads cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives while building a high-performing team and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships. Oversees on-call operations, private-pay programs, staffing agency growth, and program expansion to sustain client satisfaction and sustainable growth in a regulated private duty care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of leadership experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare services
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational success in private duty or home care services
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth strategies
- Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
