Job Summary
Executive leadership role responsible for building and scaling global operations infrastructure across supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing partnerships, and inventory planning to support $500M+ global sales; drive international expansion, operational transformation, and regulatory compliance in nutraceutical/regulated manufacturing; lead S&OP, ERP/MRP optimization, and global contract manufacturing and 3PL partnerships; requires 12+ years in operational leadership, experience in international expansion, and strong Lean/Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
- 5+ years in Director-level leadership or above
- 3+ years leading global operations for a multinational organization
- Experience scaling operations during high-growth phases
