Job Summary
Lead regional operations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Coastal districts by managing the sales organization, overseeing regional P&L, and driving sustainable profitable growth. Develop and implement short- and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies while steering operational excellence in fleet and operations. Represent North Management, interact with stakeholders to support consolidated results, and empower teams through coaching, mentoring, and a culture of proactive sales management. Ensure proper implementation of critical tools and maintain a high level of business and product knowledge. Extensive travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in a Rental field
- 5 years in a leadership or people management position
- 4-year bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- working knowledge of, or direct experience in, company owned distribution
- good command of the English language
- strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and planning skills
- Extensive travel
