Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of the CMCPR transformation strategy, overseeing the department's transformation portfolio including automation programs, operating model enhancements, and productivity initiatives. Refine governance frameworks and drive operating model discipline through enhanced prioritization, execution management, and benefit realization practices. Oversee the centralized automation function, championing the adoption of emerging technologies like GenAI and intelligent document processing to improve operational scalability and risk management. Develop executive scorecards, management dashboards, and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and measure transformation benefits such as capacity creation and cost efficiencies. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, building partnerships across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams to drive alignment on strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Business Management, COO, Transformation, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives within complex financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of operating model design, governance frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and execution management
- Experience establishing and managing transformation portfolios, executive governance structures, and performance management disciplines
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business decisions
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership audiences
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Wealth Management, Capital markets, Operations, or Financial Services
- Background in management consulting, business strategy, transformation, analytics, or COO functions
- Experience leading metrics, business intelligence, performance management, or benefit realization programs
- Knowledge of workflow automation, intelligent automation, AI/GenAI capabilities, process reengineering, and operational modernization
- Experience with CoPilot, PowerBI, Alteryx, UiPath, Power Apps/Platforms, Celonis, Dynamics 365, or similar transformation and automation capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, product operating models, and enterprise-scale change management
