Job Summary
Manage the secondary market real estate process with customers from start to finish, including navigating underwriting channels, conducting credit analysis, and tracking due diligence. Consult with originators and brokers to educate them on loan options and promote credit services through a business development approach. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the bank throughout the loan process, compiling packages and facilitating negotiations to ensure timely closing. Perform weekly file reviews, analyze client financial status, and participate in collection procedures for delinquent accounts while striving to maintain a quality portfolio with minimal delinquency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college, university, or accredited institution in the field of business, including specific courses in Accounting, finance, and economics
- eight to ten years related banking experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- reliable transportation to travel to and from work and other work-related events, meetings, interactions with clients, etc.
- ability to work before or after normal business hours, including weekends and overnight travel, to meet required deadlines and attend meetings and/or training programs
