Job Summary
Strategic VP of Technology responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology vision, enterprise systems roadmap, cybersecurity framework, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives while supporting operational excellence, customer service, and growth. Lead IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, vendor management, and technology-enabled innovation across Delta360’s operations. Oversee ERP, CRM, HRIS, payroll, accounting, BI tools, and enterprise software platforms; drive automation, analytics, and AI adoption; align technology investments with business objectives; manage budgets, vendor relationships, and multi-site implementations; ensure systems support acquisitions, expansion, and scalable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferred
- Experience leading enterprise technology strategy in a multi-site or multi-state organization
- Experience managing ERP, CRM, financial systems, operational systems, and business intelligence tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, NetSuite, Salesforce, cybersecurity tools, networking infrastructure, and cloud technologies
