Job Summary
Executive technology leader responsible for developing and executing Delta360’s technology vision, enterprise systems roadmap, cybersecurity framework, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. Leads infrastructure, information security, ERP/CRM/HRIS/financial systems, data governance, vendor management, and technology-enabled innovation across multiple sites, emphasizing risk management, scalability, and operational excellence to support growth and customer service. Oversees budget planning, performance metrics, and collaboration with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives; fosters automation, analytics, and adoption of emerging technologies while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
