Job Summary
VP of Supply Chain & Procurement positioned to design, build, and lead Sedron’s enterprise supply chain function across multiple US locations and remote work. Lead governance and approval workflows, standardize procure-to-pay, drive supplier relationship management, improve inventory accuracy and warehousing practices, align with project delivery and operating sites, support ERP implementation, and establish KPI dashboards for service, cost, inventory, and compliance. Requires 10+ years of senior supply chain leadership, Bachelor's degree in a related field, and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-growing engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain operations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, inventory/materials management, and cross-functional process improvement in manufacturing, engineered equipment, energy, environmental services, or related operating environment
- Experience with ERP systems, KPI design, and analytics tools
- Strong leadership, change management, and cross-functional influence
- Ability to build structure and discipline in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug test and background check
