Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership to the aerospace supply chain, overseeing procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing and on-time delivery. Develop and implement supply chain strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and resilience. Lead demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and the adoption of best practices, technologies, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain efforts with company objectives and deliver superior results in a dynamic, fast-growing aerospace manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Proven track record of executive leadership and management experience in supply chain, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry
- Strong technical expertise in supply chain management principles, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Visionary leadership style, with a passion for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals
