Job Summary
VP of Supply Chain leading enterprise-wide procurement, strategic sourcing, and operational excellence across a multi-regional electromechanical repair network (motors, generators, and transformers); responsible for standardized procurement practices, supplier management, and working capital optimization while aligning corporate strategy with regional execution. Collaborates with shop operations, engineering for value engineering and new product launch, quality for supplier qualification, and finance for cost reductions. Driving ERP/MRP optimization, supplier scorecards, and cross-functional governance; requires strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a matrixed organization. Travel 25–40% to regional facilities. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership; MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Multi-site or regional leadership experience
- Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or electromechanical repair preferred
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience
- Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier consolidation
