Job Summary
VP of Solutions Engineering to own and scale Crescendo's global pre-sales engineering function across US and EMEA. Lead a distributed Solutions Engineering team, partner with CRO and Sales Leadership on enterprise deals, design repeatable demos and POC frameworks, and shape how the product story is communicated in strategic opportunities. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, professional development, capacity planning, and defining playbooks and enablement to drive deal velocity, shorten sales cycles, and inform product roadmap. Strong emphasis on executive-level communication, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement, and building a trusted advisory relationship with prospects and technical decision-makers. Requires 12+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering with 6+ years in progressive leadership, experience scaling SE organizations in high-growth SaaS (CX, AI, or infrastructure), and proven ability to win large, complex deals through technical depth and strategic storytelling.
