Job Summary
VP of Sales for Private Label leads and manages the Private Label sales organization, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Oversees a team of sales professionals to meet targets, builds relationships with key customers and strategic partners, identifies new business opportunities, analyzes market trends, collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement sales plans, and provides regular performance updates. Requires over a decade of sales experience in private label, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the private label industry
- Proven experience in a similar sales management role within the private label industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
