Job Summary
Lead the commercial strategy and execution for Mindray North America’s Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) sales across direct, clinical, and distribution channels. Drive profitable growth by building a high-performing sales leadership team, strengthening strategic customer and channel relationships, and ensuring disciplined sales execution. Responsibilities include leading the overall PMLS sales strategy for North America, coaching and developing sales leadership, achieving annual bookings and revenue goals through forecasting and pricing governance, leading clinical sales with consultative selling and value messaging for complex capital equipment, developing strategic account plans for major health systems, engaging at the executive level in commercial negotiations, owning distribution-channel strategy and channel rules of engagement, partnering with cross-functional teams to support pricing, forecasting, and product launches, monitoring market trends to refine strategy and territory alignment, and fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications include experience with patient monitoring and critical care product lines and experience in matrixed multinational medtech environments.
