Job Summary
Executive to head One Model’s sales team, responsible for developing and executing sales strategy in partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product; own sales results to exceed quarterly targets through repeatable processes, coaching, and effective negotiation; provide executive sponsorship of deals; collaborate with marketing to drive net new funnel; design scalable org structure and compensation plans; provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates; participate in strategic leadership discussions and stay current on HR technologies and people analytics; travel up to 25% for partner meetings and regional events; remote-friendly with a globally distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in progressive sales roles with 5+ years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives in selling SaaS/software to large enterprises
- Demonstrated track record of success with consistent meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM and other technologies to scale performance
- Experience with HCM, HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions preferred
