Job Summary
Executive-level VP of Sales to lead the next stage of commercial growth for a fast-paced egg company. Build and scale the sales and trading organization, drive profitable revenue growth, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, expand market opportunities, and shape overall commercial strategy. Responsibilities include shaping sales strategy, leading and developing leaders and traders, creating unified operating systems across customers and suppliers, partnering with C-Suite and functional teams, driving growth across wholesale/retail/foodservice, pursuing new markets and channels, managing high-value negotiations, establishing clear KPIs and reporting rhythms, and building bench strength in sales leadership. Requires deep commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision making, and an entrepreneurial, high-accountability mindset within a fast-growth, high-expectation environment.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive sales, commercial, trading, business development, or revenue leadership experience
- 7+ years of experience leading sales teams, sales leaders, Traders, brokers, account managers, or other revenue-producing commercial teams
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant executive education preferred
