Job Summary

VP of Sales, Logistics Services role leading the logistics services sales strategy and execution across commercial moving, warehousing, and transportation. Owns and grows the book of business, guides marketing strategy and RFP responses, and mentors a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales leadership, with strong skills in CRM (HubSpot), Excel, ERP systems, contract negotiation, and travel as needed. The position reports to the President and emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or sales management
  • 10+ years of sales management experience building, training, and leading teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables)
  • Ability to learn and utilize proprietary ERP systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain business relationships
