Job Summary
VP of Sales will own and drive the firm's revenue plan across regulated industries, lead a team of sales professionals and account leaders (with an executive sponsor role on strategic accounts), and work with delivery and practice leadership to define and execute account strategy. The role emphasizes 80% team leadership and 20% strategic-account involvement, with responsibilities including new logo acquisition, major account origination, pipeline governance, pricing and packaging decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with delivery, marketing, and partner teams. Required skills include building and coaching sales teams, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, executive-level relationship building, and experience selling into highly regulated sectors. Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of B2B sales and business development experience
- 5+ years leading and coaching sales teams at the director level or above
- Proven track record of driving 20%+ year-over-year revenue growth as a full-function revenue leader
- Experience operating as a true player/coach—simultaneously closing strategic deals while developing sellers who consistently hit quota
- Deep experience selling consulting and professional services (or technology-enabled services) with multi-stakeholder engagements valued at $1M+
- Direct experience selling into highly regulated industries (Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services)
- Existing C-suite relationships in target industries
- Familiarity with AI, data, and analytics offerings and with platform ecosystems (Microsoft/Azure, Kongsberg Digital, GIS, EAM, ADMS/OMS)
- Strong executive presence, client engagement, and ability to influence at the C-suite level
- CRM discipline, forecast accuracy, sales methodology, and enablement
- Ability to design and operationalize joint go-to-market plans with partners
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Demonstrated experience making markets—launching new offerings and building net-new pipeline
