Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in the Private Label division; develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth; build relationships with key customers and strategic partners; identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion; analyze market trends and competitive landscape; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales plans; manage sales budgets and forecast sales projections; stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices; provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Proven experience in a similar sales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
