Required Qualifications

  • Executive Leadership Experience: minimum 5-10 years in a senior sales management role (VP or Director level)
  • Industry Expertise in logistics, supply chain, commercial rigging, moving and storage
  • Analytical Acumen: ability to manage data, build complex sales forecasts, analyze margins, report financials to an executive board
  • Tech Savvy: proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and industry software (TechMate, Movers Suite, QPD)
  • Strong Communication: ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations and proposals
  • Education: AA or BA degree preferred
