Job Summary
Corporate Vice President of Sales responsible for profitably growing revenue across multiple business units, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, owning forecasting, and driving strategic development and key accounts. Role emphasizes enterprise revenue management, cross-divisional sales strategy (Residential/HHG, Commercial/B2B, Retail & Specialty), executive sponsorship on complex deals, and strong emphasis on data-driven forecasting, profitability analysis, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Executive Leadership Experience: minimum 5-10 years in a senior sales management role (VP or Director level)
- Industry Expertise in logistics, supply chain, commercial rigging, moving and storage
- Analytical Acumen: ability to manage data, build complex sales forecasts, analyze margins, report financials to an executive board
- Tech Savvy: proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and industry software (TechMate, Movers Suite, QPD)
- Strong Communication: ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations and proposals
- Education: AA or BA degree preferred
