Job Summary

VP of Sales leading enterprise growth for a national specialty contractor. Develop and execute a 12-month strategy to grow national and regional General Contractor partnerships, prioritize target GCs, align cross-functional teams across 14 regional offices, and lead a sales force of ~60 reps. Build relationships with Divisional Presidents, drive top-of-funnel opportunities, increase cross-sell across Electrical, Plumbing, Gate, and Security entities, negotiate MSAs and vendor status with major national players, travel to regional offices and client sites, promote the company brand at industry events, maintain CRM transparency, review pipelines, and communicate progress to the CEO/Board. Requires 10–15+ years in commercial construction sales leadership, experience selling to GCs, enterprise account management, and travel flexibility. Build a high-performing sales culture blending blue-collar work ethic with enterprise sophistication.
