Job Summary
VP of Sales responsible for leading and managing the entire sales organization (inside, outside, applications engineering, and marketing) across diverse U.S. territories; develop and implement national sales strategies focused on growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence; build, mentor, and scale a performance-driven sales team; collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to align offerings with market demand; identify new revenue opportunities and drive account development; own forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking across all sales channels.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial sales
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VP-level role
- strong leadership background building and scaling sales teams in technical, OEM-driven markets
- willingness to travel frequently
