Job Summary
VP of Product responsible for owning product vision, strategy, and execution at SLM. Lead the product team, collaborate with engineering, data, account management, and marketing to develop and validate roadmaps, translate market and client needs into actionable requirements, and drive adoption and growth across back-end data platforms, client-facing print/mail solutions, and end-to-end service models. Focus on designing a market-leading client experience, aligning product direction with business goals, tracking performance metrics, staying current on industry trends, and delivering impactful product improvements through cross-functional leadership. Hybrid role based out of NYC with opportunities for ownership and growth in a fast-growing startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- ideally within the media, advertising, or technology sectors
- experience with data-driven platforms
- define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy
- stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- experience delivering roadmaps and prioritizing features
- implementation-focused and startup-ready
- experience with front-end client-facing features as well as backend APIs and data pipelines
- strong analytical skills and data analysis interests
