Job Summary
Engineering leadership role focused on owning product vision and strategy for fintech-healthcare products, leading a distributed team across Taipei and a US-based office, driving cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing and operations, and translating AI capabilities into clinically relevant product features. Responsibilities include setting a high bar for product thinking, roadmapping across multiple verticals, building and mentoring product managers, partnering with co-founders/executives, coordinating with overseas engineering/design teams, driving healthcare workflow discovery with clinics and administrators, and delivering measurable product metrics (activation, retention, NRR, feature adoption). The role emphasizes scalable leadership, fast-paced execution, and a strong preference for candidates with healthcare product experience and a track record of building products in a VC-backed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company
- Deep health tech domain knowledge
- Experience at a high-growth company pre-Series C
- Proven track record of managing and developing a product team
- Comfort and experience working with overseas engineering and design teams
- Strong command of the full product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Experience working at the intersection of fintech and healthcare is a strong plus
- 2+ years managing teams and prioritizing impact over process
