Job Summary
Lead product marketing strategy by building and mentoring a high-performing team to craft the master narrative for Gravitee's API and AI platform. Position the company as the undisputed leader in the API Management space by developing differentiated messaging that resonates with developers and C-level executives. Act as the bridge between product, sales, and partner organizations to equip them with strategic tools, playbooks, and battlecards for winning deals. Oversee content strategy to produce high-impact assets like whitepapers, case studies, and technical briefs that establish industry authority. Translate market intelligence and competitive insights into actionable strategies that influence the product roadmap and drive pipeline generation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience must be within B2B enterprise software
- Deep understanding of marketing to technical audiences
- 5+ years of direct people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to hire, build, and lead successful marketing teams
- Proven at running PMM teams
- Clear utilization and strategies about how to leverage AI in high volume, high quality content creation
- Proven success in a company focused on APIs, AI, API Management, cloud infrastructure, middleware, or a related developer-centric technology space
- Expertise in creating and executing GTM strategies
- Experience including major product launches
- Compelling storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to present to executive, business, and technical audiences
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to tie product marketing initiatives directly to business outcomes like pipeline generation, competitive win rates, and revenue
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
- Strong bias for action
- Driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
