Job Summary
Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Autheo Layer-0 Operating System and Layer-1 blockchain, prioritizing DevHub, TheoID, post-quantum security, and decentralized infrastructure services. Lead product strategy across these core platforms while translating complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions for developers and enterprises. Drive 0-to-1 product development and scale existing offerings toward multi-million revenue or high network utilization by establishing a high-performing product organization within a distributed equity-cofounder model. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Security teams to balance innovation speed, technical feasibility, and user value. Own go-to-market readiness for major launches, including positioning, messaging, and coordination with Marketing and Ecosystem teams. Gather insights from developers, enterprises, and validators to refine product direction and track KPIs such as adoption, retention, and feature usage. Represent product leadership externally in technical discussions and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 10–20+ years of product management and product leadership experience
- Proven track record in technical product management for complex platforms (blockchain, infrastructure, developer tools, security, cloud, or AI systems)
- Strong ability to work effectively with engineering leaders on architecture-heavy products while remaining focused on user outcomes and business impact
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, GTM, Research) in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving technical domains
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, equity-cofounder, globally distributed team culture
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with Layer-0/Layer-1 blockchain platforms, decentralized identity, post-quantum cryptography, DePIN, or developer platforms (DevHub-style products)
- Background in go-to-market strategy for technical or infrastructure products
- Prior experience building or scaling product organizations in Web3, enterprise software, or high-assurance environments
- Familiarity with privacy-by-default product design, agentic systems, or modular blockchain architectures
- Public-facing experience (speaking, writing, or representing product vision externally)
