Job Summary

Own the product and revenue outcomes for the Commerce suite, driving increased add-to-cart conversion, AOV, margin per order, LTV, and subscriber retention across eight pre- and post-purchase products. Build and scale a world-class product team of high-ownership product managers, defining operating cadences, metrics, and rituals to ensure disciplined portfolio prioritization and fast execution. Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to establish market positioning, optimize pricing and packaging, and remove barriers to adoption. Lead the strategy and roadmap for expanding the product portfolio into new markets and business lines, translating deep ecommerce domain knowledge into executable plans that materially improve unit economics and competitive position.

Required Qualifications

  • deep domain knowledge in Ecommerce and Commerce
  • operated an Ecommerce business or scaled products servicing Ecommerce brands/merchants
  • understand the metrics Ecommerce founders, Marketing leaders, CX leaders, Operations leaders, and Finance leaders care about
  • recognize the throughlines of growth goals, retention targets, and margin and cash targets between them all
  • led a product organization at scale in a complex environment
  • Think high-growth venture-backed unicorns, software companies that have gone public, or a comparable scaled logistics technology platform
  • managed a multi-product portfolio to successful outcomes
  • built the organization required to drive that success
  • hired world-class PMs and coached into a product organization
  • can go both wide and deep
  • understand Ecommerce economics
  • can sit across from a brand's CFO, CMO, or CEO and speak their language
  • deliver product outcomes that materially move the unit economics and conversion metrics for brands
  • have a point of view on best-in-class consumer experiences in a fast-changing landscape
  • track how leading brands, adjacent industries, AI, technology trends, cultural trends, and new startups are changing the pre-purchase, checkout, and post-purchase journey
  • have conviction about the future of consumer experiences
  • translate that conviction into a product roadmap that stays ahead of the market
  • Set a compelling product vision and translate it into an executable roadmap
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on product judgment
  • Go deep enough to understand product, customer, technical, and operational details
  • Make disciplined tradeoffs across competing priorities
  • Lead through influence across Engineering, GTM, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders
  • Build strong product teams and raise the quality of product decision-making
  • Use customer insight, data, and business context to guide product direction
  • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes, not just feature delivery
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity and complexity
  • Represent the product internally and externally with credibility
