Job Summary
Executive leader overseeing end-to-end pharmacy operations (outpatient, mail order, and external retail network) for US Family Health Plan of Southern New England. Drives operational performance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory control, PBM relationships, and cost-saving strategies while scaling services, ensuring medication safety, accuracy, and high-quality member experience. Responsibilities include directing multi-site fulfillment centers, onboarding growth, automation and productivity improvements, audit readiness, and collaboration with compliance, clinical leadership, and IT to optimize pharmacotherapy operations and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- 10+ years of progressive pharmacy operations leadership experience in retail or managed care pharmacy, including senior leadership roles
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with ongoing CE compliance
