Job Summary
The VP of People Management will be responsible for managing the People Management department, including 12 employees, and will lead the implementation and further development of the internal HR strategy. Key responsibilities include the development and optimization of talent acquisition processes, onboarding and adaptation programs, performance management frameworks, and organizational development projects. The role requires strong expertise in labor law, change management, and effective communication skills. A higher degree in Human Resources or related fields, alongside several years of experience in HR with leadership responsibilities, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Higher degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources including leadership responsibility
- Strong expertise in labour and tax law, cooperation with works councils, organizational development, and change management
- Proactive and highly responsive mindset with strong stakeholder orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, stress resistance, empathy and assertiveness
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
