Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams including staff and independent contractor drivers; oversee budgeting, market expansion, and data-driven decision-making to ensure efficiency, scalability, profitability, and service excellence; collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and ensure alignment with contractual and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
