Job Summary
Senior executive responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple sites, driving operational excellence, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with strategic growth and enterprise planning systems. Oversees production, supply chain coordination, plant performance, and continuous improvement initiatives; advances ERP-enabled operations (Epicor/Kinetic), strengthens S&OP discipline, and scales capacity for standard and engineered-to-order product lines. Key focus areas include developing scalable processes for high-mix environments, partnering with executive leadership on capacity planning, implementing standard work and KPIs, driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, ensuring OSHA compliance and regulatory adherence, and delivering ROI on capital investments. The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership across cross-functional teams, with deep experience in multi-site manufacturing, ERP systems, and financial acumen to improve EBITDA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations
- 5+ years in senior leadership (Director or VP level) in a multi-site environment
- Strong experience in engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise in ERP-driven operations (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems)
- Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience leading S&OP or IBP processes in a manufacturing setting
