VP of Operations

Partner with the BU President on strategic planning, operational priorities, financial planning, and policy matters related to the business. Lead the Actuarial, Compliance, and Marketing & Communications teams by setting objectives, managing performance, and supporting talent development. Drive organizational effectiveness through resource alignment, cost management, and continuous process improvement. Partner with the Compliance Department to develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and controls to support operational and regulatory compliance. Prepare and present executive-level reports on operational performance, compliance, actuarial insights, and strategic initiatives. Lead the development and delivery of executive communications, including leadership meetings, town halls, and quarterly business reviews. Advise leadership on organizational structure, resource allocation, and operational scalability.
