Job Summary
VP of Operations, Software & Product responsible for integrating operating systems and product leadership to scale a growing company. Owns both operational backbone (cadence, scorecard, processes) and product management across the portfolio, driving growth, go-to-market motions, and customer value. Will collaborate with the founder as the operational counterpart, balancing systems-driven discipline with product direction, and will grow a small team to support scalable execution. Early wins include standing up EOS/OKRs with a live scorecard, documenting core processes, owning a unified product roadmap, and generating early revenue through go-to-market initiatives. Requires blending marketing and technology perspectives, strong UI/UX sensibility, comfort working with tech and product teams, and senior leadership capabilities to own operations end-to-end.
Required Qualifications
- Strong eye for UI and UX in product decisions
- Experience blending marketing and technology in product development
- Hands-on experience running EOS or OKRs in a real company
- Product management experience across more than one product with prioritization across roadmaps
- Fluency with AI as a daily working tool and experience with prompting workflows such as Claude Projects
- Comfort working alongside technology and product teams without requiring deep technical skills
- Track record of operational excellence and building processes that improve velocity and accountability
- Ability to install and manage an operating cadence (weekly cadence, scorecard, accountability chart)
