Job Summary
VP of Operations to serve as the operational backbone during the company’s scale from a high-growth DTC brand to a multi-channel, science-led longevity company. Own end-to-end supply chain, fulfillment, ERP (NetSuite) implementation, planning, vendor relationships, and cross-functional operational excellence. Build scalable, resilient processes for growth across DTC, retail (including Sephora and other prestige channels), and international expansion. Drive cost efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery. Lead planning functions (S&OP, inventory forecasting), partner with Finance on budgets and margin optimization, and develop operational KPIs to illuminate decisions. Hire and lead a lean, high-performing operations team and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Science. Communicate strategic growth plans to the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership. Bring hands-on, scrappy leadership with a track record of scaling a consumer company to $150M+ in revenue, deep ERP and systems experience, and a passion for improving processes and driving results.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations experience in a senior leadership role at a DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG company
- Demonstrated experience scaling a company to $150M+ in revenue including supply chain, fulfillment, and systems infrastructure
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite) in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational requirements; experience with Sephora or other prestige retail partners is a strong plus
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- West Coast-based preferred; remote candidates must have flexibility to travel to San Francisco regularly
