Job Summary
Lead operational and financial performance across multiple locations with P&L ownership, standardizing systems and building KPI scorecards. Hire and develop Clinic Directors/Location Managers, establish an operating rhythm with weekly accountability, identify and fix operational leaks (staffing, scheduling, conversions, retention, patient/customer experience), and partner with the CEO to translate strategy into scalable execution. Requires 5+ years in multi-location operations leadership, experience managing P&Ls/budgets, and proven ability to lead managers and drive performance across diverse sites including healthcare, retail, or multi-unit concepts. The role offers a high-impact, fast-growth environment with meaningful upside and direct partnership with the CEO.
