Job Summary
The Vice President of Luxury Hotel Operations & Experience will provide executive leadership for a select group of Luxury and Upper-Luxury properties across Pyramid Global Hospitality’s portfolio, blending hands-on leadership with strategic advisory to elevate luxury performance and scale an enterprise luxury operating philosophy. Responsibilities include defining brand identities and asset positioning for each property, guiding guest experiences, programming, and service rituals to differentiate properties, and aligning strategies across direct sales, revenue management, marketing, distribution, and e-commerce to maximize revenue, rate integrity, and market share. The role oversees profitability, brand execution, and guest outcomes, partners with General Managers to elevate leadership capability and operational rigor, ensures strong financial governance and capital planning, and drives talent development to attract and retain top luxury talent. Travel is required to support the portfolio. Qualifications include extensive luxury hotel/resort operations experience at the executive level (minimum 10 years), a Bachelor’s degree, and proven leadership, change management, and cross-disciplinary coordination capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive hospitality operations leadership
- Experience leading Luxury properties as a General Manager/Managing Director or property-based Vice President; ultra-luxury exposure preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
