Job Summary
VP of Marketing to lead strategy, brand voice, enrollment and growth marketing, and external communications for Guidepost Global Education across multi-market environments. Drive brand stewardship, enrollment marketing funnel, and audience-focused experiences that connect families, partners, and communities to the organization’s mission. Collaborate with school leaders, enrollment teams, program leads, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure external touchpoints reflect values, transparency, and impact. Lead cross-functional efforts across brand strategy, channel management, content and communications, and partnerships, while guiding a growing marketing team and managing agency/vendor relationships. The role requires senior-level leadership, strategic and executional proficiency, data-informed decision-making, and a commitment to values-aligned marketing that accurately communicates offerings and organizational identity.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in brand strategy and demonstrated experience building and stewarding organizational identity across complex, multi-market environments
- Strong background in both enrollment or consumer marketing and broader organizational communications
- Exceptional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to move work forward across functions and stakeholders
- Comfort working at both the strategic and executional level, setting direction and staying close enough to the work to ensure quality
- A commitment to building marketing that is values-aligned, audience-centered, and honest about what we offer and who we are
- Experience leading teams and managing the complexity of marketing operations at scale
