Job Summary
Lead category creation and narrative for AI-Native IT Spend Optimization at Brightfin. Own demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution; drive competitive displacement against incumbents; own content, thought leadership, and the Brightfin podcast; shape brand, website, and external communications including ServiceNow ecosystem collaborations; publish the Annual IT Spend Optimization Benchmark IP; build and scale a lean, AI-native marketing function; partner with the CRO on structured displacement motions; contribute to analyst conversations and CIO vocabulary; operate with a strong, outcomes-driven mindset to accelerate new ARR while maintaining brand leadership in a market defined by AI-native optimization. Location is US-based with fully remote work within the US; travel approx. 15-20%.
Required Qualifications
- Non-negotiables: Enterprise B2B SaaS marketing leadership at the VP level with a track record of building pipeline for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
- Builder identity: built a marketing function from scratch or near-scratch at a growth-stage company
- Deep familiarity with the enterprise CIO and IT finance buyer
- Category creation or market repositioning experience
- AI-native working style; comfortable using AI in daily work
