Job Summary
Build and scale the internal technology foundation that supports fast-moving, global operations across teams and geographies. Own enterprise systems, infrastructure, security partnerships, end-user experience, and global IT operations while driving the roadmap for business applications, integrations, and automation. Rethink traditional IT services into new AI-driven capabilities and establish clear operating rhythms and service standards for a high-growth environment. Lead the strategy and execution of internal service delivery to ensure systems are effective, well-governed, and ready for scale. This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; or Toronto, ON, and requires an experienced AI architect to treat IT as a business force multiplier.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced AI architect and innovation leader
- Skilled at scaling IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and security in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- A hands-on leader who sets clear visions, manages expenses, and builds team capabilities
- Clear, direct communicator capable of aligning technical teams and business stakeholders without unnecessary process
- Comfortable bridging executive strategy with tactical execution across corporate infrastructure and IT operations
- The ability to lead the roadmap for business applications, integrations, automation, and internal service delivery
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure internal systems are effective, well-governed, and ready for scale while establishing clear operating rhythms and service standards
- Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology
