Job Summary
Build and lead a high-performing global creator organization focused on expanding one of the industry's highest-quality networks and scaling whitelisting across client portfolios. Develop long-term relationships with exceptional talent, increase creator earnings and lifetime value, and establish repeatable systems that turn creator marketing into a predictable growth engine. Lead strategy, technology, and operations from sourcing through retention, leveraging AI to improve speed and operational efficiency while partnering with Growth, Creative, and Client Services. Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and operating rhythms to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator operations, or talent organizations
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing influencer marketing teams
- Experience managing large creator ecosystems and long-term creator relationships
- Deep understanding of creator economics, whitelisting, licensing, usage rights, and performance marketing
- Experience partnering closely with paid media and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience building systems that scale rather than simply managing campaigns
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how creator marketing drives profitable growth
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong operator with a bias toward ownership, execution, and continuous improvement
